Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
